Strawberry Nutty Yogurt Bowl
This is a “Better Not Perfect” breakfast bowl designed to be a creamy, protein-packed “pit stop” for your metabolism and overall health.

- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat; dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries ready to eat or frozen
- 1 Tbsp almond butter unsweetened
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Sprinkle of ground cinnamon (optional)
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl and layer on the sliced strawberries.
Drizzle the almond butter over the top.
Sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon.
Stir gently if you like a blended bite—or keep it layered and scoop your way through it.
