Strawberry Nutty Yogurt Bowl

This is a “Better Not Perfect” breakfast bowl designed to be a creamy, protein-packed “pit stop” for your metabolism and overall health.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat; dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries ready to eat or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl and layer on the sliced strawberries.
  • Drizzle the almond butter over the top.
  • Sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon.
  • Stir gently if you like a blended bite—or keep it layered and scoop your way through it.
