Preheat oven to 350 F.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients loosely
In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients together.
Transfer the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry mixture and combine until smooth.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Using a scooper or two large soup spoons, take portions and mold into the size of a golf ball.
Flattening with the balls with your palm or the back of spoon before cooking will ensure even cooking.
Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes and then rotate (option to flip with spatula). Cook for an additional 15 min or until desired doneness.
Cool and refrigerate.
Note: they will fall apart when warm
