Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a 9” loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, cinnamon and sea salt.
In a separate bowl, combine mashed bananas, egg, maple syrup, vanilla and melted coconut oil. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in walnuts.
Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake, about 45 minutes, until lightly browned and when a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool and serve.
