  • 1 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp raw organic cacao nibs
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup organic blackberries fresh or frozen, thawed
  • 6 Oz unsweetened Califia Farms dairy-free probiotic yogurt



  • In a bowl or mason jar, add all ingredients then pour yogurt. Optional add a drop or two of liquid stevia.
