Better Calcium Cashew Milk

Creamy cashew milk can help you meet your daily calcium needs, deliciously! Servings: 3 cups



  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla



  • Pour 1 cup water over cashews in a bowl or cup. Add salt. Soak for two hours. Strain water and wash cashews. Pour remaining water I to blender and add soaked/washed cashews, sesame seeds and vanilla. Blend and enjoy. Stores for three to four days refrigerated.
