Pour 1 cup water over cashews in a bowl or cup. Add salt. Soak for two hours. Strain water and wash cashews. Pour remaining water I to blender and add soaked/washed cashews, sesame seeds and vanilla. Blend and enjoy. Stores for three to four days refrigerated.
