Instructions
In a bowl, combine yogurt, honey to taste, cinnamon, and cardamom (if using). Gently stir in banana slices, reserving 4 for garnish.
In bottoms of two glasses, place a 1/4 cup layer of blueberries. Layer 1/4 cup granola on top and spoon 1/4 cup yogurt on that. Repeat with a second layer of each.
Top with a touch of granola, a few blueberries and a couple slices of banana.
