Better Rainbow Seed Bowl

A rainbow of colors and a blend of seeds gives you delicious better nutrition in one bowl. This recipe doesn't have many carbohydrates, so you could pair it with a 1/2 sweet potato, a glass of wine, or a mocktail spritzer with 4oz of fruit juice (like grapefruit or cantaloupe and then add sparkling water). Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chard steamed
  • 1/4 purple onion sautéed
  • 1/4 cup sautéed radish chips
  • 2 Tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp toasted hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Toss all ingredients together in a bowl, photograph and post to social media, and enjoy 🙂
