What Are These & How Do You Use Them?

The Better Nutrition Evaluations are the first and only suite of nutrition assessment forms that can quickly and simply help practitioners evaluate their patients’ diets and provide personalized recommendations. We provide two versions of each nutrition assessment form. The Practitioner versions allow you to share notes and your business content, whereas the general nutrition assessment forms function as answer keys—providing the basic results of the evaluation for your patients to review.

When to Use Them We recommend beginning any nutrition-related treatment—building a patient’s meal plan, providing general recommendations, or enrolling in a BNP Program—with an evaluation. From this initial evaluation, you can provide specific data-backed recommendations. Then, use the nutrition assessment forms periodically throughout the course of treatment to track progress. Show your patients the benefits of their hard work by comparing before and after evaluations, and show them where they can continue to grow and improve. We all want quick answers and insights—especially when it comes to our health. Evaluations can be leveraged as marketing tools, showing prospects the value you can provide. Send them out to your mailing list, and offer a free consultation with the completion of the nutrition assessment form. Or provide them as a courtesy to existing patients as an opener for a longer discussion about your nutrition coaching offerings.
