Better habits start with a better understanding of the science behind it all. The Better Nutrition Basics™ Program teaches you all about nutrient balance, better quantities for your body,, higher quality ingredients, and how to glean this relevant information from nutrition panels and menus.


With guidance from your personal coach and the BNP Clinical Team, you’ll switch up what, when, and even how you eat to reveal changes in how you feel. We’ll work on eating the rainbow, hydrating properly, changing the frequency and quality of meals, and achieving a balance between the various macronutrients with tasty recipes and easy ingredient upgrades.


Along the way, you’ll answer questions like what did I eat today, how did it make me feel, and which nutritional gaps can I work to close tomorrow? Your BNP coach can help you make sense of what these observations mean, and how you can use them to make better choices for yourself.

If you were referred by your practitioner, we update them with your progress and takeaways. If not, we’ll review the results together to make sure you’re prepared to take better next steps.
