Introducing: The Blood
Sugar Optimizer Program™
Ready to experience ALL the benefits of optimal blood sugar?
Here is What, Why, How & Who can do the Blood Sugar Optimizer™ Program
WHAT CAN OPTIMAL BLOOD SUGAR DO FOR YOU?
WHY THE BLOOD SUGAR OPTIMIZER™ PROGRAM?
Here’s why Ashley Koff RD and The BNP Clinical Team™ created this program:
- Get actionable, personalized data. We know HbA1C to assess blood sugar and health isn’t better. It’s just a three month average. As practitioners, we need to see what your blood sugar is doing throughout the day and night – and what’s impacting your levels. We want your Time in Range.
- Get results, without medication. Just like “new” weight loss and diabetes medications like Trulicity, Ozempic and Mounjaro can improve GLP-1 production, a total nutrition approach can too without risk of side effects and improve digestive and immune health. Why not start with a nutrition protocol that helps your body and blood sugars get healthier?
- Invest smarter. People will spend a lot of time, money and effort trying to achieve better health and, in our opinion, you deserve better – lasting – results.

WANT TO HEAR WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING?
“I was at my wits end and my doctor gave me three months before I would have to start medication for my blood sugar levels. Working with Ashley, I was able to immediately make changes that improved my blood sugar. Turns out my digestion and sleep were big issues AND I was able to still enjoy coffee and carbs. YES COFFEE AND CARBS! I got rid of my pre-diabetes diagnosis, lost stubborn belly weight and 5 years later, I’m still practicing what I learned from Ashley. Easily the best investment in my health I have ever made.”
– Marci G.
“Ashley, I want to thank you and your team for the nutrition help over the last three months. My blood sugar is down from 7.2 to 6.4 and I lost 16 pounds. I clearly am eating smarter and have a better understanding of what I should or should not eat and when I should eat.”
– Dan M.
“I am down 13lbs and counting and finally feel the weight loss is working! I am not feeling hungry, am eating better balanced meals and portion sizes and no longer am having unwanted sugar cravings. Since I have improved my eating habits it has encouraged me to be more active and I even purchased dumbbells and an electric bike which I ride every day! The best part of my achievements have inspired my husband to begin his own journey toward better nutrition and lifestyle practices.”
-Doreen M.
The most impactful part of the program was a realization of how much added sugar was in my diet. I’ve made a long term adjustment in just 3 short weeks to reduce my intake. As a by-product, I have lost at least 3 pounds. I am grateful to Ashley and BNP for raising my awareness and helping me improve my nutrition.
– Vicki M.
